Somatics are the tools, pathways and inner awareness practices that we find and use through the body in order to recognize and become the embodiment that we already are

Somatic practices are about getting to know ourselves more intimately and clearly. Helping us to reconnect with our instincts and physical sensations. We can sense, feel and experience our yoga practice, rather than be told how to move and what to feel

The somatic cues that I use, invites each student to into their own curiosity and felt sense. Enabling each student to be present in their body and in tune with its sensations, leading to a healthier movement practice, added resilience and life vitality
