About my yoga

I teach predominantly Authentic Flow, but my style is heavily influenced from all my learnings through the years; Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Sivananda, Somatic explorations, Embodied Yin, Apanaveda, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Shake The Dust and Tantra Flow

Energetics form a subtle yet essential layer of my teachings, guiding how I sequence, hold space and intuitively respond to the needs of each body, each breath and emotional landscape of each person

I love music and it plays and important part of my practice, offering support to self inquiry and energetic alignment. I have over 25 years of self practice, over a decade of teaching experience and over 500 hours of expansive professional learning
